I write prose as well as poetry. However, due to the demands of my 'other' life, I have found it much easier to concentrate on poetry. This page has samples of my prose and is meant for those of you who just love to read. You may read my surrealistic short story "Moon Prison", an excerpt from my novel-in-progress "Learning to Stand" and a treatise on poetic devices as relates to Black writing that I shared with my Black Writers' Group at Commonword, UK.
