Poetry In The Real World
February, 2004
Poet Laureate, Andrew Motion, and Linton Kwesi Johnson,
the world's first reggae poet, will be reading their own styles
of poetry at this year’s Middlesex University annual Literary
Festival in March. Most events for the two-day event (30 and 31
March) are free and open to the London community. However pre-booking
is essential for the poetry workshops on Tuesday 30 March (£4
for one/£6 for both).
The Venue for this year’s festival, entitled
Poetry in the Real World is the All Saints Centre, School of Arts,
Middlesex University, White Hart Lane, N17. Contact Sarah
Wardle.
