I grabbed my pen letting blessings
from my creator flow from my fingers to my
paper. In a frenzy my hand glides from side to
side, page after page filling them up with
poetic words, spiritual words, words of love and
revolution. As I release, lightning flashes
across my mind and thunderstorms brew in my eyes
watching as the world around me changes to the
color of poetry. If I didn't write I would not
be sane, would not know how to channel this
energy, I would not know how to
